Planning & Styling Packages
Think of us as your behind-the-scenes besties. We’ll handle the logistics, guide you through decisions, and keep everything running smoothly — Our planning services are designed to take the pressure off, so you can stay present and soak in the joy of your dream day.

You’ve got a vision, you just need a bit of help making it happen. This package includes an initial 1-hour consultation via video or in person, where you can share all your ideas. We will cover venue, budget, vendors, styling and provide a mood board tailored to your vision as well as a list of recommended key contacts/vendors.

You’ve got the mood board, the vision and teed up your vendors, now you just need the go-to person. We love to be your wedding day hype girls! This package provides support in the 3 months lead up and on the day co-ordination, aimed at allowing you to be fully present on the day and enjoying the special moments. We will have a handover meeting 3 months out where you provide all contact details for vendors, from there we will finalise timelines + details and pick up all communication with vendors/venue. We will be available for rehearsal co-ordination and handle all logistics, supervise styling on the day. Co-ordinating from start of day through to dinner.

For the gals that it’s just feeling all too much and not sure where to start and need someone to take control and make the magic happen.
We got you! This package ensures all the fine details are covered from start to finish so you can focus on being main character of your love story.
After an initial 1hr consultation, we create a styling brief based off your budget and vibe make sure everything is taken care of! We will communicate with vendors and suppliers throughout the process, obtain quotes, contracts, advise when payments are due and attend site visits/interviews where required.
Our styling services include stationery, signage, fine details and special touches to ensure the day fully reflects you and your love story. This package includes 3hrs day prior and 8 hours on the day co-ordination, set-up and assistance. result in more sales.
